The Byron Sofa Bed [3rd Gen] is a 92-inch queen-size convertible sofa bed built on an FSC-certified poplar plywood and MDF frame. It uses Alcorra's FlipBed design to convert from a deep-seated sofa (42-inch seat depth) to a queen bed with a 6-inch integrated sleep surface featuring Kloudcell cushioning. All foam is CertiPUR-US certified. Fabric options include 100% recycled polyester face fabrics and a 78% polyester, 22% recycled polyester blend, all with PFAS-free water-resistant treatments. Covers are removable and machine washable. A large hidden storage compartment sits beneath the sleep surface for blankets and pillows. Each seat supports up to 280 lbs. The Byron is a 2024 Good Design Award winner and comes with a 5-year warranty and 120-day trial.
